"Room was very clean. Needed refurbished. Shower was a trickle and difficult to get the right temperature. Only one window in the room opened. No fan in bathroom. Bed very comfortable.
Lovely places to eat nearby. (We did not eat in hotel) Ben Mhor hotel, Grant arms, The Wee Puffin and The Garth Hotel.
Parking was interesting with no real car park but wasn't too busy so managed to find a space.

Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries.
Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act"
"Kept waiting over an hour to check in...shower enclosure drain did not smell good. I ordered flowers for my wifes special birthday abd asked them not to put lilies in as allergic, and they did !
They also forgot to present a happy birthday treat at dinner. Given the amount I paid this 2 day experience was very disappointing "
