The hotel is old and has not been repaired. Rooms are small and have no hot water. The only plus is that it is the center. I would not go to this hotel for the second time.

Terrible and Disgusting from the moment we first saw the hotel. Room was dirty, towels stained, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Breakfast cold and unappealing. Door to room broken. Requested a proper double bed, but got two singles pushed together. Beds uncomfortable and mattresses constantly sliding of base, beds were dirty as well as having the wrong sized sheets on them. Didn't have hot water, was told there was an emergency problem with it. Room had these disgusting red LED lights, that coupled with the tacky curtains gave the room a 70's porn movie feel. Certainly not 4 star and most certainly not worth the price I paid.

Ex-communist palace, so nice big bathtub for decadent soaking for up to three, with lashings of hot water. Breakfast OK but a little variable, depending on number of guests. Superb barman but likely to be leaving soon, as way too good for that place. Good value. Very nice views over park, monument and river. Friendly reception and breakfast room staff. Watch out for miserable staff and possible rip-offs in the Mechana (sort of rustic, Bulgarian-themed restaurant). Food was OK and chef was friendly but management need to learn about customer service.

Un grand hôtel, qui été grand il y a très longtemps! La chambre est très sale, le chauffage ne fonction pas, le mini bar vide et pas de piles pour la télécommande de la télé. Dans la salle de bain la paroi de la douche est cassée.Petit déjeuner médiocre. Les photos sur le site ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité! Prix de la nuit trop élevé pour le contenu!

24시간 체크인한다고 했는데 오후 2시30분에 갔지만 3시부터 가능하다고 기다리게 하였음. 그리고 욕실에 비누조차 쥰비가 되어 있지 않았음.

Totally mess.

We received something else that we've booked. In bathroom everything was leaking and Sunday morning was no more hot water (finish of weekend). Breakfast very poor and forks, knifes, spoons and plates were not cleaned. All details were like 50 years ago... I will never come back there.

Problem with reservation

Although i had a confirmed reservation, when i reached the hotel they said there are no more available rooms. The city was fully booked so i had to return back. Very poor communication between the hotel and this site.
