"They are using an external company for their cleaning. The cleaning staff are unfriendly and do not do a good job. The front desk staff are good. The breakfast is good. "

Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. "Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "
