"Hello, We just got back from a 10-day Bali vacation, and staying here was truly an unforgettable experience. From the smooth check-in process to the welcome drink and the friendly breakfast staff, everything was exceptional. There’s honestly so much to say about this place. We chose a two-queen-bed room for our girls’ trip, and it was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and came with a fully stocked mini fridge, along with a fresh welcome coconut. The air conditioning worked great, and we loved having the option to open the balcony doors to enjoy the breeze. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We also treated ourselves to a spa day. My friend had a rose bath, which she loved it was beautifully decorated with rose petals in a warm bath. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was incredible. The hotel is about 20 minutes from town, making it feel very safe, peaceful, and tucked away from traffic and noise. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Since we spent a lot of time exploring, next time we plan to stay in and enjoy more of the resort—especially the three pools and activities. If you’re planning a solo, couples, or family trip, I highly recommend this place. "

"Absolutely perfect. The staff remembered us by name and remembered all of my families preferences. The food was impeccable. The infinity pool was relaxing and scenic. Our host Vika greeted us daily at breakfast and inquired if there was anything to make our stay better. The shuttle to Ubud allowed us to see the Monkey forest, Ubud Palace, and the Ubud market. The room was spacious and spotless. An absolute 5 star experience. I would not change a things. Tremendous value for the price."

"The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience. "Ocean was visable but the rice fields were much more interesting, the bats at night and swiftlets in the day were lovely to watch. The staff were amazing, and the food even better. The property could do with a bit of a refresh in a few places, but we're in a tropical climate so kind of understandable. Would highly recommend this hotel, its very professional and looks after you, and confidently clean. Love it"
