"For the price, this is a really good spot! I'm so impressed with how they renovated this hotel! Clean and cute lobby, coffee, water machines, full breakfast included! But not just any coffee, flavored creamers (get out of here!) Online check-in beforehand, super easy/convenient. Nice to require a key card for guest parking in the back for safety (because that area of Foothill is medium safe). Clean room with cute, modern chair and clean bathroom counter/fixtures. Very white and minimal, don't expect 4-star hotel frills and thrills.. but the room came with microwave, mini-fridge, a TV that could connect to Netflix, had Salon Selectives body wash and shampoo/conditioner (throwback to the 80s!), nice functioning A/C and comfy, soft linens. I only wish the towels looked cleaner/whiter and fluffier and that the windows blocked out the outside noise more. They were very thin so you could hear people walking by, a loud truck in the parking lot and sirens in the street. But for what you pay for, a really clean, good 2.5-star place. If they want to really put a cherry on top (since they're already doing a great job), I'd say buy new towels, update/replace some caulking and touch-up some paint to freshen things up. But again, you get what you pay for and while I'd be appalled at cracked caulk if I was paying $500+/night, this is not that price, so I understood. That being said, I will probably be returning to this hotel!"

"The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. The dishes were not cleaned I found food inside of the cooking pots MOZZARELLA STICKS to be exact. Once I stared using the sink in the kitchen the whole kitchen floor became wet because of it leaking under the sink. I tried reaching out to the host and he wouldn’t answer my calls. He texted and said he would send a plumber who never showed up, and told me to use the bathroom sinks for my cooking needs. The downstairs neighbor was very rude to our children using profanity. I reached out to the host again and got response via text stating that he was in an emergency and couldn’t help. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STAY AND FEEL I DESERVE A REFUND BECAUSE THERE WETE SO MANY BAD THINGS HERE . From unsanitary conditions to leaking pipes just EVERYTHING. I would not ever recommend this host EVER!"

"While I respect the fact that the home owner is religious, if you are not religious, you might find the decorative religious pieces offensive. Children's toys are usually put out of sight. "

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed so that none of the smoke and only some of the noise bothered us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Upland. "

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"
