"The bathroom shower had hair in it upon arrival. There were dead bugs in the corner and garbage under the desk. There was coffee but no coffee pot. TV didn't work well. There was one semi working elevator that we got stuck on at 1:00 in the morning after returning from a concert. Parking was available but difficult. Parking lot not lit up for the far spots. The water was cold and the pool was cold. The hallway carpet was dirty and smelled stale. Would not return or recommend."

"The room smelt awful as you walked in. It smelt like the combination of bad body odor and stale carpet that had been wet. There were small bugs in the bed, which later I’m told were baby spiders. The night person refused to switch rooms, refused refund and only offered new bedding. One of the worst experiences of a hotel I’ve ever had!! Do not stay here place is a dump!!!"

"Our room was filthy. Other than the beds being made (and hopefully changed) and fresh towels, it did not look like our room had been cleaned from the previous occupants. There was also a noticeable odor from the moment you opened the door and each time thereafter. Common areas hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a while either."

"The room was dirty and in need of major repairs. The floor had mud on it when we walked in, the tub had yellow stains that showed it needed to be cleaned, the beds had stains on them. We were given two towels for three people. When we asked for more, they didn’t have any. What hotel doesn’t have enough towels? We were told that the room would be cleaned our second morning and it was never touched. I will not stay here ever again. "

"I loved the lighting fixtures in the room, but I think that there was not good lighting over the bathroom sink, The person who installed the wallpaper did not do a good job at the seams. They needed to be wiped more to clean the paste. The tree in front of the hotel has branches that are too low over the sidewalk. The swimming pool was not open for use. I am not sure about this, but I thought that, when I made my reservation, it stated that there was a free breakfast."

"No toothpast, no soap,no sugar,no creamer,no dishes,one employee a block away in the cold rain. This ways first time out of 3 that the cons starting to add up.still is a nice room im going stick it out and see if improve service to match."

"Clean room. Friendly front desk. I booked through Expedia and messaged the property twice through Expedia’s messaging- didn’t get an answer. I had to call to clarify if I could check in after midnight."

"Great location for Baldwin Wallace events! Close to park trails as well. Parking was nice since there is no overnight street parking. Host was extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. Beds were firm. It advertised jetted tub, there are no tubs are only standing showers. It was clean but bathrooms could use a deeper clean."
