"Beautiful and comfortable house a very short walk from the beach. Bedrooms are attractive with comfortable beds. Kitchen is very well stocked with so many dishes/utensils. Beautiful views of the water from the porch with rockers and relaxing seating. And the location provided short trips to the market and to the pool.We all loved it! Thanks so much!"

"We loved our stay at Royal James! The condo was well stocked with a lot that we needed to make our trip go smoothly! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we loved that it came with a place to do laundry - we found that very helpful during our stay with all of the wet towels and swimsuits and sand that the beach comes with. The check in was simple and easy and we liked that we had a door code so we didn't have to keep up with extra keys. The community was quiet and relaxing and we made use of the pool on windy days or times where we did not feel like lugging all of our stuff to the beach. Overall a great stay!"

"I recently spent a week at the Good Idea with my wife, 3 children and spouses and our granddaughter. It was a perfect setup for us and we had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner's reps was fast and easy. The main floor had many options for gathering in small groups or with the whole family. The location on the island seemed remote yet it was minutes from the marina, the club and multiple beaches.I would recommend this house and BHI to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway with many options for things to do, places to eat and a friendly island culture."
