"We enjoyed the property. The restaurant was great and service outstanding. You can’t beat the view and the location is handy to hikes and tours. We had a small balcony, just right for two. The walls are a little thin but that’s the only negative."

"The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, the restaurant on site had a 90 minute wait to be seated for dinner for 1 person, and it was practically empty inside. The noise level was not ideal. Very close to 4 corners monument though."
"The room was a little cramped, and the soap was not working. The WiFi was spotty which was sad because it was the only WiFi/cell service in the area, besides the visitors center. Staff was helpful at check-in. The whole place was so quiet."
"There is renovation work being done on this motel presently. We were not warned about this before our stay.
Apart from this there were other issues that were not caused by the renovation work.
1. The breakfast choice was limited, some items were not available.
2. The staff were very slow to replenish items on the breakfast buffet even after asking.
3. The spa did not work.
4. House keeping was very late in the day, after 4pm.
5. Contractors were sitting around reception in their dirty clothes.
6. Contractors were sitting having breakfast in the dining area before 9.30am. This area should be reserved for guests.
7. The corridors were in a very dirty state."
"The room was nice and the staff very friendly. Our second morning (of 3) was a bit noisy due to maintenance in the room above, but that is understandable."
"A great hotel that allowed me to sleep after a long day hiking at Mesa Verde National Park. It was clean, close to restaurants and shopping, and affordable. No complaints for the night I spent there. The staff was very friendly."
