"Was not as clean and a/c did not work all that great on the third floor. Two elevators were out of order and the only one that worked was really small. I’m all for taking the stairs but not at the end of a park day. Food is just as expensive as the theme parks and after several stays I may be moving on. Love the free shuttle but was told if my ride band got damaged it was $$ to replace. They need a better system there. Was not the best experience. Just a note, I wasn’t expecting 5 stars but some of these items should not be an issue "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large and had a nice table to eat at. I left my AirPods and the housekeeper found them and they are being sent to our house. We would definitely stay here again."

"I always enjoy my stay here. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. There was one lady who’s been there forever and she always seems to hate her job and guests but I only deal with her on occasion. Sink was slightly clogged but I managed. I’m literally only in my room to sleep and get ready. "
