"We love this property! It is the perfect setting for a Balboa Island vacation. It has direct beach access steps from the large, comfortable patio with amazing views of the bay and Newport peninsula. There are sand and water toys galore, including 4 stand up paddleboards and a kayak. It comfortably sleeps our family and includes private access to a washer and dryer, which is essential with our young kids. The host is wonderful, and super responsive and accommodating.
