1st floor: Living room 30 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs.
Upper floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony with porch swing. American kitchen in the living room 9 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 12 sqm and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday property cannot be booked for youth groups Access is via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
