The train station is 300 m from the house; it is 3 km to the M7 highway and 25 km to Balaton Airport in Sármellék.
Several restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.
The detached holiday home, with 107 m² of living space, is located on the quiet Hullám Utca (Wave Street), surrounded by a 500 m² fenced-in garden. The house is ideal for families with children, anglers, or surfers, as the well-maintained, well-equipped, family-friendly beach with free admission is only 300 m away.
There are numerous recreational activities nearby: several thermal baths (e.g., Hévíz), windsurfing, kitesurfing, pedal boats, go-karting, horseback riding, fishing, sightseeing flights, wine cellar tours, the Africa Museum, mini-golf, bike tours, and tennis. We especially recommend the famously best ice cream parlour “FLORIDA” on Lake Balaton, which is also located in Balatonmáriafürdő. Most locals understand and speak German.

On the ground floor: Large living/dining area, kitchen, shower with toilet, one bedroom for 3 people.
Upstairs: Large bedroom with a king-size double bed, two single beds, and a balcony; hallway with a play area; bathroom with a bathtub and toilet; small bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out couch. Both bedrooms have air conditioning that heats and cools.
All windows are equipped with blinds and fly screens.
In total, the property can accommodate up to 11 people. The owner does not live on the property.
