"Excellent location and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and not properly maintained. The apartment was not very clean, several amenities were broken, and one of the two bathrooms was out of order during our stay. There was also a bad smell in the room, and one of the bedrooms had no door, which meant no privacy at all."

"The entire staff at 4Seasons Baku make this iconic Baku hotel even more special and memorable! They helped us coordinate our visa to Baku before arriving due to the portal link not working. The staff had a birthday cake for our adult son as Baku was part of his birthday trip. The concierge's dinner recommendations were delicious and better than AI's suggested places. Our two rooms had fantastic views of the flame towers, the tulip mall, and the carpet museum. It was perfectly located near the old city walls. Breakfast was the best (or near the best) on our entire Caucasus extended tour. BAKU is a gorgeous city with historical beautiful sites to explore. The city wowed us and has much more to offer to tourists than we had anticipated. I'd love t return for another 3 days in the future."
