Housekeeping poor; shower runs hot & cold (no thermostatic valve); plumbing very noisy; toilet seat loose; wet carpet; no bedside light; overhead lights very bright and only one switch by door; no instructions for room safe; only two coat hangers. BEST AVOIDED "

"Idéal room based in old town. Only thing I would say is to add to hotel website that cars can’t access it so you have to get dropped off on the outskirts of old town."

"The entire staff at 4Seasons Baku make this iconic Baku hotel even more special and memorable! They helped us coordinate our visa to Baku before arriving due to the portal link not working. The staff had a birthday cake for our adult son as Baku was part of his birthday trip. The concierge's dinner recommendations were delicious and better than AI's suggested places. Our two rooms had fantastic views of the flame towers, the tulip mall, and the carpet museum. It was perfectly located near the old city walls. Breakfast was the best (or near the best) on our entire Caucasus extended tour. BAKU is a gorgeous city with historical beautiful sites to explore. The city wowed us and has much more to offer to tourists than we had anticipated. I'd love t return for another 3 days in the future."

"Very helpful staff who let me check in early and arrsnged sn airport transfer. I had a big double room. Breakfast is nicely cooked on s beautiful terrace with great views. The location is excellent"
