"Wonderful hotel, 5 minutes and 5 manats by taxi from most of the city sights. Front-desk staff (especially Gulnara & Gulkhanim) were very helpful, always pleasant and efficient. Room was comforable, mini office separate from bedroom, two flat-screen TVs, view of the Caspian from our room on 13th floor. 24-hour coffee/pastry cafe in the lobby. Free hi-speed wifi was nice, not usually available in Baku hotels. Super value for the money. Will recommend this hotel to others."

"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."
