Pretty close to Great Basin NP. The rooms are large and comfortable. Don’t let the dirt road scare you, it’s not bad at all. They will send you very detailed instructions on how to get there. We found it easily even in the dark. It’s a beautiful property!

This was just like a really nice VRBO - our room had everything we needed to prepare meals. It's a decent drive to the resort but the road is well graded gravel - no issues. The remoteness is part of the allure. The sack breakfast option was a nice surprise. Camp store is well stocked. Check in was great - super friendly staff. Room was modern and very clean.

Wow!! This place is incredible! The area is simply beautiful. The amenities - pool, hot tub, game room, outdoors, are spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and furnished with everything you need! The location is super close to Great Basin NP. I would stay here again without question!!!

Lovely stay deep inside a canyon. The drive was a little questionable the FIRST time we drove it, but after that we were pros and it was easy. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Great Basin. It was the perfect distance and much nicer than anything in the town of Baker.

Wonderful place to stay tucked back a canyon with the Great Basin Park as a neighbor. Full kitchen so bring your own food as there are no local grocery stores. The retreat has a store with limited hours and is pricey as you would expect. The restaurant in Baker has a really selection and else enjoyed eating there. If you are looking for a quiet place with an awesome hot tub. this is for you

Remote and beautiful
The hotel was very remote and peaceful, but the interior was clean, modern, and the kitchen had a lot of great features. It would have been a nice place to stay for a few days, but we only had one night there. The downside is that there is NO staff available after 9 pm or before 3 pm. We had a long drive (mostly without service) and we didn’t know the office closed at 9. They taped our info on the office door but didn’t tell us how to get breakfast, and there is absolutely nothing nearby.

Outstanding stay
Easy to find close to great basin national park. Likely the best accomodations for the money in the entire area. Great place to star gaze and an excellent pantry stocked with for sale items for the very vrbo style accomodations. Check in was quick and easy and the natural environment surrounding the resort was amazing. The best overall property during our 10 day journey to 7 natl parks in ut and co. Definitely a must stay property.

Eileen was very welcoming. The little grocery store was great, but for obvious reasons doesn’t stock fresh goods—stop and get fruit and veg if you want them. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and property is gorgeous. Highly recommend

A Desert Gem
There isn't much available for overnight lodging in the Baker area, so we were pleasantly surprised to find Hidden Canyon Ranch. The accommodations are quiet, spacious, the bed comfortable, and the mini-kichen contained everything we needed for simple meals. The management was proactive in letting us know how isolated the Ranch is and exactly how to get there. They also informed us about their small store, items for sale, and their complimentary breakfast. We would certainly stay at Hidden Canyon Ranch again.

We traveled from Utah National parks and found the food store available when we arrived for getting dinner and breakfast at the resort a great option. The room amenities were nice to prepare meals after our long drive. The drive into the resort was a long gravel road, easy to access. Conveniently located to visit Great Basin National Park.
