"I came for my first time as a solo female traveler and although I was a bit nervous, my stay was great. I didn’t really need to leave the resort , they had alot of things to stay entertained. They had nice pools one which was more for family and the other was looking towards the beach which was more party like adult and on top of that they had themed pool parties on a whole different area which were fun! I also read they have a water park for families with kids. They had family entertainment through out the nights , karaoke night, performances & various selection of food. The food and drinks were just okay in my opinion but overall good. Take your hydroflasks to keep your drinks cold! The rooms were very nice and clean. I felt very safe as a solo female and the staff were very respectful and professional. I would definitely stay here again."

" I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service we received during our stay at the Marquis. My best friend and I planned this for my 50th birthday, and I had high hopes for a "perfect" trip. There wasn't a moment when I didn't feel spoiled and taken care of. This was a birthday gift to myself, and wow, it exceeded all my expectations. Bryan at the front desk went above and beyond for us on several occasions and truly took such good care of us. We also want to recognize the outstanding service from the pool staff—Isabel and David, along with Donald at Sakke, who were incredible. On our final evening, dining at Canto del Mar was the perfect way to end our trip. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the servers there, but their service was flawless and left a lasting impression. Housekeeping was spectacular. Our room was wonderfully clean, and we never had to wait for anything. The towels were always fresh, and the staff was incredibly respectful with our belongings. The nightly turndown service felt indulgent and added a special touch to our stay. The food was excellent everywhere we ate, and the views were absolutely stunning—truly the perfect backdrop for dinners. What stood out most was that I never had to ask for help; someone was always there, ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. EVERY place we ate the food was terrific. We actually made the mistake of going into town for another dinner to try it. Didn't hold a candle to the food "

"Our honeymoon stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely unforgettable. The views from the resort is insane. Shuttles to the sister resorts (also amazing) were provided and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Food and drinks were so good! From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Yoana and Isaias in the VIP Lounge were so kind and attentive. At Siempre Restaurant, Oscar and Marcos made our breakfast experience perfect. Our room was always spotless thanks to Miriam (we loved the uniquely folded towels & blankets). And we can’t say enough good things about our butlers, Itimar and Rodrigo. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made our honeymoon stress-free and feel so luxurious. They answered any questions we had so quick! Every single staff member we encountered made our experience truly memorable. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to stay again!"
