The staff were very respectful and provided non judgmental and kind support when ever it was needed. The building is in a prime location being only a minute walk from Suidobashi station and there are many outstanding food options in the area.

Excellent service and options befitting a 5 star hotel. The only disappointment was a seeming lack of commitment to sustainability and environmental issues (e.g., only and many small format disposable toiletries in the rooms, small plastic water bottles in fitness room without cooler for refilling).

Great Location, Super Thin Mattresses
"GREAT LOCATION! So close to the train station and Odawara castle, and just an hour bus ride away from Hakone. We got the cheapest room and the mattress quality reflected it. The ryokan we stayed in had thicker mattresses. But you get what you pay for so I can’t complain too much."
