The location was good. The place was very big. Bed and TV were great. Luggage storage was convenient. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Areas that need improvement: Stain on the bed sheets. Towel bar broken off the wall. Dirty bathroom fan that didn’t work. Hole in bathroom door. Dryer vents had not been cleaned and were full of lint Although we booked and paid three months ahead of time they gave us a room in the basement. No lap top station as described when we booked the room. Noisy in the basement room. Only one hand towel provided. Limited storage for clothes. Although we communicated some of these deficiencies after check in, nobody ever came to address them.

This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

Close and convenient for the F1 race, but the hotel was old and worn out. Stairs were old looking with dirty old carpeting. There was no on-site host. Shower ceiling was peeling. No sheets and blankets for sofa bed. Ran out of toilet paper and messaged the hotel through the chat app and never got more toilet paper.
