Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! So much character as a historic hotel but it’s well maintained and feels modern at the same time. Amazing food at the bistro. Friendly staff. Gorgeous patio. I can’t wait to go back.

Super friendly staff at the front desk, great restaurant with awesome view, excellent for dinner and breakfast. Multiple EV free chargers, extremely appreciated. The new rooms are superb and extremely comfortable, slient and I very much like the very silent air conditioning and superb view on the sea.

Stayed in the upgraded part ,room was nice, good if you are planning to stay for multiple days or having an event. Has like a side room with a couch and TV. The bed was sort of separated from the main space with another TV. Microwave could be much better 2 minutes and my coffee still wasent very hot. Shower was large and nice.

We are on a special trip as this may be my last one I'm able to take due to health. We wanted something unique and beautiful but also clean due to health reasons anything less is risky. This place is beauty, clean, staff is amazing , location was beautiful. A memory I will never forget. Thanks to the staff for making it a wonderful experience that I will always remember forever

It is well located easy walk to downtown. The room was all right in need of upgrade and cleaning. The bed was confortable. There bathroom definitely needed a good cleaning and some of the fixture need to be repaired. The hotel restaurant’s staff were very friendly, and conversant in gluten free restrictions.

they gave us an old room. No renovations. The internet did not work. The small fridge (nothing in it) made a lot of noise all night. Not very impressed for the price we paid. The bed was fine and there was no odor in the room

Great location. Fantastic view. Staff a bit young and inexperienced. Did not mention room maintenance « on demand ». Also quite surprising for an upscale manoir. Some of the renovation are odds. My door opened on the toilet and there was a bottle opener from the 1970s screwed on the door. There was no brealfast service in the morning and the terrasse was onlymopened as of 16:00 on the week end which is the prime real estate view for the st lawrence river view. Price did not reflect the downfalls. Overall gave it four stars but would have gone to 3.8 so not a true four stars. Great stay monetheless. Very central.

We had a great view of the St-Laurent river. The staff was great and the food was excellent. We were in the old section of the Manoir. The furnitures were in bad condition, we had a shower/bath tub that seen better days. We had to raise the curtains over the heater to keep the room warm. I recommand you book in the new section of the Manoir.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, pillows not so much, the bathroom although well maintained was very outdated, but the temperature and water pressure was good. The celling light was removed the they just left a hole. And the ventilation was very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave. The view of the water was nice

I ended up staying in the new addition which was absolutely beautiful. It had an elevator which was excellent since I was on the top floor. The room was beautiful, clean and quite modern with an amazing view of the sea. It was very quiet. Staff were amazing to deal with and check in, check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2026, in the new tower. Updated and freshly rennovated room at a historic hotel. Our suite had 3 huge windows with amazing views of the St. Lawrence. The restaurant with the deck over looking the St. Lawrence was lovely. We would happily stay here again!!! You can’t go wrong.

We usually love to stay at this hotel and it has always been clean and the better option of the local hotels. This stay I was a little disappointed as the table under the tv still had food crumbs, there was hair in the shower stuck to the tub wall and dirty tissues behind the garbage in the bathroom which leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned properly. We will likely still stay again, but perhaps will ask to stay in the newer section if the option is available. We were very pleased with the added parking and the helpfulness of staff, etc but disappointed with the level of cleanliness this stay.

The location was ideal. The hotel is in the older part of Baie Comeau, near the ferry, steps to the park, an easy drive to the quaint downtown area and has a river view. We stayed in the new building, and our room was spacious, fabulously modern and faced the river, yet we could explore and admire the older parts of the hotel. Equally beautiful. Although our room faced the river, it also faced the patio area for the restaurant and propane tanks, so we kept the blinds down on the 2 expansive windows. The other window faced the parking lot, but we could easily look beyond to the park and water. We would definitely recommend this hotel and absolutely stay here again.
