"An attractive looking hotel apart from many amenities and yet a comfortable quiet stay. No intl tv channels, wifi not quick. Spacious rooms with large elegant windows"

"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"This is the perfect hotel. Lovely grounds with an elevator down to the beach club. We just walked down a few steps and were swimming in the sea. Also, both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding."

"This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome "

"Rooms are well appointed. Good location with the sea across the street and lots of dining options. Downstairs had a nice sauna, steam room and pool. The bar on the mainfloor had amazing drinks and super friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again."

"Good location, near city center. Too small for a family of four (no space for eating when sofa bed is open). Building with construction work ongoing. Loud noise from boiler when neighbors used the water. Limited kitchen amenities."

"We really liked it. We had a cabin in the middle of the campground within a few hundred feet of the restaurant, had lots of things to do like a hike on the cliffs with beautiful view, Conad superstore down the street, and plenty of space. The cabin had hot water and bedding but no towels. There is a train that takes you to the beach and back included in the stay. People were all great and kept to themselves. Very helpful staff for anything you need. Calm and serene, peaceful."
