The villa is a short and easy drive to Orvieto and lots of other pretty hilltop towns for coffee and pizza. Shops only 10 mins away for groceries. Tranquil and beautiful property."

"We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. "This is a beautiful home in a lovely setting. The pool is a perfect size for a group of 4 and the property has a gorgeous view. We appreciated the fans in each bedroom for the warmer nights, but being a stone house, it was never too hot to sleep. We loved spending time outdoors and had most meals under the pergola.
