The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. "My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living.
