My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again.

My stay at JOIVY Together Urban Resort was wonderful! The staff were incredibly helpful with getting around and made everything so easy. They were also very accommodating when I arrived late for dinner—allowing me to dine in their restaurant even though they were close to closing and I didn’t have a reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they provided convenient transportation to the city center. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

A hotel that could be a high 4 with just a bit of work. Once again a room key needs to be inserted and left in the wall to make everything work. We luckily got a second key. The 15 minute shuttle ride to the river was convenient. Found a couple of make do eating places a close walk away. Nothing is available after brekkie finishes til 7:30 pm. Free brekkie is quite good. Court yard sitting nice. 2 teas cost ud 10 euros at the bar during the day! The shower is basically a 30 x 30 box that is hard to turn around in. No English tv without signing in to a Samsung account. The pool was freezing. No one went in the 3 days we were there. Shame. Jets last for 3 minutes then shut off. A nice hotel that could be much better.

It’s a great staff and very helpful. The room they gave us at first had a broken AC, and when we complained, they gave us another room which was bigger. The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s design was unique.

The night staff takes top honors at this hotel. The single restaurant host was very attentive and made our day even after a horrible day at the airport with lost luggage, the chef was very accommodating and the night front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Very pleasant staff.

The hotel wasn’t far from the city centre. They have a good massage service, Fabio Scotini’s massage was so relaxing in the evening we over slept, and almost missed breakfast. The staff were so kind and friendly. Serena greeted us at reception and she is a very hard-working lovely lady, she and her other staff really made this a very enjoyable experience. Sebastian was a very sweet man, he was happy to help with anything, he was humming away and smiling anytime we needed anything. In the kitchen Fatima was so sweet also, beautiful smile and very hard-working. All the staff really added to the experience, I would recommend a friend and I would come back.

We stayed two days in Florence and this Hotel ruined our visit. Rooms are really horrible, we felt like in some Hostel. Hotel doesn’t have sheets for blankets, a Hotel with 4stars. Breakfast ist mainly just croissants and cakes, if you wish boiled eggs or other sort of eggs you need to pay extra. This can’t be 4 stars Hotel at all. Personal was nice and helpful. Area is also nice, outside of the city but quiet.

Good hotel in verry verry quiet surrounding. I slept like a roc. Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly personnel. I slept in a 1 person room which was a little sober on light and quitte Spartan which is sadly quitte normal for this type of room. The hotel is 300 meter from the busstop to Florence (every 10 minutes!) so there is absolutely no need to use your car. There is enough free parking space in front of the hotel entrance. I did not have diner in the hotel because I had good lunches during the day (Alimentari Innocenti!!!) and was to tired to wait till 19:30. There was also a bar at the busstop with Heineken beer and panini and slices pizza. Also there is a good trattoria close by the busstop. All in all a good hotel in a quiet suburb with a perfect connection to Florence.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just outside of Florence tourist area and is quiet but with easy access by bus (10-15 min ride in). It has a nice laundrymat about a block away. It has a nice pool but the decking is in need of repair. The included breakfast is very nice. However we were not impressed with the dinner service. They seemed to be understaffed and the food we could get was expensive and not impressive. What has soured the experience is the billing. The front desk double charged us for two items. The attendant said they would do an immediate refund as we had to leave. It has now been a month and no refund has been made. I have emailed them and they did respond quickly but only to say that it is still in the works. It is a long time for something that should have been processed the moment it was pointed out at the front desk.
