"There is no a/c. We double checked the listing and it says a/c - but that is not accurate. It cools down overnight with the lower temps, but quickly heats up during the warmer days and you have to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Furniture - oh my. Way too large and clunky and shrinks the space. And the white couch (just get rid of it) that is so old it sheds the fake leather. "Staff lovely could not do enough for you very clean hotel food was good not a huge choice but good quality drink's very good and cheap £4.86 for 2 large san Miguel on draft spa very good gym looked good outside excellent little local bar also very cheap and packed in evenings room was very clean but smelly slightly of damp but great size for triple room 2 beds and two excellent bathrooms and if facing side street very close to opposite balcony’s noisy youngsters at 5am not hotels fault I would recommend and stay here again opt for pool view "

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."
