Located in the center of Bagnères-de-Luchon, just 150 m from the Thermal Baths and the new wellness center, this apartment is perfect for enjoying mountain activities. You’ll have stunning views of the 3,000-meter peaks of the Pyrenees, including Vénasque. Whether you’re here for spa treatments, sightseeing, or outdoor sports, this accommodation meets your needs. You’re 200 m from the riverside fitness trail and casino park, 1 km from Badech Lake and Luchon Golf, 2 km from the Saint-Mamet climbing site, 3 km from the riding center, and 5 km from the Antignac base (fishing, canoeing, rafting, paintball). It’s a 20-minute drive to the Oô Lake/Pic du Perdiguère hikes and Lake Géry at Saint-Béat-Lez, and 35 km to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges—one of France’s most beautiful villages—and Montréjeau (lake, train station, and bus to Luchon).



The apartment is on the third floor with elevator access. It features an entrance opening to the living area, a kitchenette, a lounge with a sofa bed (140 cm for 2 people), a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) separated by a curtain, and a bathroom with WC. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Free street parking is available. Pets (even small ones) and smoking are not allowed. The building has an elevator.
