"The property was great but Hotels.com did not honor the rate posted on the app and I ended up paying 30% higher than if I would have booked at the hotel. I tried to get reimbursement from a Hotels.com agent but they said they could do nothing about it. Even what I prepaid to breakfast wa much higher tjan the hotel directly. The property and employees at the hotel were very good. Good Athena hotel was great but my experience with Hotels.com made it not worth it"

"My flight landed late at night and a hotel representative said the lobby was manned 24/7. I was grateful to arrive just after midnight and be called by my name and quickly checked-in and sent to my room. It's an older hotel but clean and sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. "Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"
