"After being shown to the apartment from the main entrance door I recommend you use the side door to leave and enter as it’s much more convenient. Communication very poor. The messages on the messaging service went unanswered, the WhatsApp number didn’t recognise my mobile so just passed me onto an email address. Email also went unanswered. All I wanted was the wifi password which was allegedly on the online ‘guest area’. There was little to no information on there. "

"Very good location in Palermo, everything is reachable by feet. Spacious and Comfortable. Communication only via Whatsapp during office hours. I would recommend it for a city trip."

"The appartment has all the amenities required. Although we did miss was a microwave oven and a toaster. All other equipment required was available. The two bathrooms were a plus. Elisabetta was always prompt to address and questions. The cleanliness could have some improvement. The downstairs shower walls needed cleaning. We used the spray on a spot and it came clear and clean. My wife was prepared to clean things after use but not to clean them before use. We also had to wash the dishes and...

"We had only a short, 2 night stay in Palermo, but Francisco’s property suited us perfectly. It’s a great central location, and though on 2 busy streets—noisy during the day—it quiets down at night. The apartment is lovely & spacious, with painted ceilings & tile floors. Also, another rarity in Sicily: an elevator! Our host, Francisco, met us at the apartment to orient us, and was friendly and available. Highly recommended!"

"We spent 9 days in this beautiful home in March of 2024. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole home had been freshly painted. Communication with Antonio was easy and he even made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant down the road. We were able to do several day trips from this location close to Palermo but the best hours were spent on the terrace watching the fishing boats, paddlers, sailboats etc out on the sea. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
