"Spent 2 nights at this strip-mall style nondescript bland & gaudy hotel used to be called 'East is Red' mainly catering ethnic Chinese clienteles. Room was spacious but everything showed well worn due to long usage. Safety box was not working and front desk staff could barely be bothered to help or explain. The hotel served my purpose well of visiting local friend who lives nearby."

"Water in glass bottle were provided. Maybe could install water dispenser at each level so that we could fill the water directly."

"Location is surround by restaurant, room is clean and tidy, however staff there seem like not so friendly and also limited of breakfast choice"

"Pertama kali check in jauh sikit dari town Taiping. tapi distance ok cuma less than 8km. tempat cantik, sunyi, kawasan safe, kakitangan semua bagus. Air pressure pun kuat, bersih, aircond sejuk, tilam selesa, kalau ada kipas ceiling lagi bagus, sbb musim hujan, sejuk nak all the time pasang aircond je, hihii and TV tak dpt tengok sbb setting ke WiFi tak boleh connect, nasib baik raya, so berjalan raya sampai penat, tak sibuk nak tgk tv. hihihi. Shuben cakap next nak check in sini lagi, tapi nak request level ground. ada balkoni santai. Apa pun terbaik dan boleh perbaiki lagi untuk lebih maju. TV tu important, sbb bosan kalau takde TV. "

"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down. I can’t say anything positive about the breakfast. Amy at reception was the one very positive exception to this place. She helped me to a arrange a cab even after she was done for the day!"

"All are good, especially with a delicious Nasi Kandar place just beside it. Towels are a bit old. "
