"Getting to the property was very smooth, not a long drive off the highway. It was also easy to find via GPS. The outdoor area of the property was really nice and was able to accommodate multiple vehicles. There was a beautiful patio area as well that was a lovely place for us to hang out. The house itself was very clean and had plenty of amenities. We were very grateful for all of the dish-ware and the snacks and wine. Seated on an up and coming vineyard, it was the perfect place for a group of friends to spend a weekend as we celebrated a wedding. The hosts were great to work with and were very quick to respond to any of our questions. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"This location is definitely off the grid and peaceful. Be sure to bring adequate lighting - only one path light worked, and the overhead lights were spotty at best. Sitting on the back deck in the dark was the highlight of the trip. Also beware - the listing says 'toilet' but it is an outhouse with a bucket and kitty litter. It was clean, but not what I expected when the listing says 'toilet.' Definitely pet friendly and easy to find with the coordinate provided."

"We spent our Spring Break at the Barndo and loved it! The house was quirky and fun with plenty of space for our whole family. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table and hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view was beautiful and the yard was nice for our dog to explore on her lead. Josh was a wonderful host, always made himself available and was very accommodating. We would definitely come back!"

"This was the second time we stayed... and it was all because it is an all around wonderful experience. Well stocked kitchen, lovely floor plan with very nice decor. Secluded and quiet but also very close to all the hiking and places we wanted to go. Host was very good at letting us know all the checkin details as well. 5 STARS!"

"Place was clean and very inviting!! Our Host was amazing and on top of it all!!! Parking was plentiful for our needs and over all loved this place!!! Our next trip to lake Tillery if available we will definitely be going back!! The boat landing where we needed to put in to take to house was close by. We found this little spot easily while on water!! Sets back in a quiet little cove and fishing was GREAT!!! "

"Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be repaired. The vegetation around the balcony is VERY VERY thick poison ivy so those with allergy to it need to beware. "
