Reception inesistente, in caso di necessità bisognava chiamare un numero telefonico. I classici kit da bagno giornalieri dati solo il giorno dell'arrivo, poi sono dovuto andarmeli a comprare.
L'hotel è nei pressi della spiaggia libera, vicino alla passeggiata principale, struttura che di per se non è male ma la gestione è da rivedere."

"This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! "

"We spent a second week with friends at Peter’s home after our first visit in 2023 with our family (including two children). The property is stunning and worth every bit of the ascent up the hillside. We never visit the same place twice, until now. And we will likely break our rule again with a future visit. "Superb stylish villa with wonderful gardens and pool. Remote control gates added a great feel of security. Table under the pergola was superb for taking meals. We cooked outside all the time as the Bbq was excellent and the local shops, especially the Sigma, had a great variety of meat and a seafood counter where we bought squid and prawns etc. There is a larger Esselunga supermarket on John F Kennedy in Lido di Camaoire but once we discovered the Sigma there was no need to return. We would greatly recommend the Ristorante Antipasteria Katia Montebello on the end of Via Grotto just a few minutes walk from the Villa. We went there twice as the food and service was so good. We would recommend the villa for those wanting a home away from home experience - well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (including pool towels) supplied. Within easy driving distance of Lido Di Camaiore for the beach, Pietrasanta, Pisa and Lucca for sightseeing and shopping . Our hosts Donatella and her son Gabriel were very courteous with good communication."
