"The house was beautiful and the hosts Stefano and Marta were very welcoming. The house was shared with them and their daughter in seperate apartments which i didn't expect but it was fine. Their dog barked alot during the day which was annoying and the hot tub didnt work during our stay. They gave us a discount to accommodate the inconvenience. The one bathroom always smelled really bad but we've encountered that at other house's here probably due to the age of the house. The view was absolutely beautiful and the kindness of our hosts made up for the inconveniences. Would definitely recommend!"

"We arrived very late because every family in europe came to Italy on the day we arrived. We spent over 5 hours in a traffic jam on the Auto Pista. We couldn't find the key box, but a firemen helped us locate it, and then from then on it was smooth sailing. We stayed for a month, we did have a problem of blowing the circuit breakers because we had to many electrical items running at the same time. That was a easy fix.The wifi password is not in a box, it is on the bottom of the wifi router, which is sitting in plain sight.The boiler for hot water was turned off, but we just turned the switch on next to the boiler and we had hot water.There was plenty of parking available. We had a very good time and Jays Apt was part of it. Here is a tip, for Americans that rent apts over seas. I bought a Express VPN router and brought it with us to Terriccola, also a ROKU stick, I set it all up, and we watched US TV, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, ect. No problem, it was great.We would recommend Jays Apt to anyone thinking about staying in Terriccola. The price was right, and it is comfortable."

"Very pleasant stay in Terricciola wine country. Lovely couple who have a number of units in their farm house. The unit we stayed in "Tramonto" was the flagship unit and proved to be very comfortable. We visited during the fall and had no intention of swimming, but the pool was out of commission during our stay."

"We arrived later than expected and Mara, Franco, and their daughter were able to help guide us to the right location with smiles on! Once we arrived we discovered delicious snacks and wine in the fridge that were greatly appreciated and delicious! The property is beautiful and easy to use! Laundry was a bit of a challenge and cost extra for each load. But ample space to dry clothes. "
