"Breakfast was cold and not a big selection very limited. Room was dirty pizza sauce on tv tub was dirty. Half of the arcade doesn't work. The pool area was very nice had a lottle play set for my granddaughter to play on. Morning lady at front desk was very very rude to my son and nephew. "

"We were charged an additional $5 at check in for amenities. Not a big deal but…there was no breakfast food at 9:40am and the gal was mopping the breakfast area closing it up and was rude when I asked if more food would be brought out. If you are going to start to charge additional for your amenities, at least have them available. Not cool Holiday Inn. Not cool. "

"This is the 3rd time I have rented this cabin. As always, this property has such breathtaking views!! From the cozy sofa overlooking the lake or from the beach, the views are stunning! The 2 rentals prior were in August so they were spent mainly on the huge private beach with our kids. This trip was on the off season for a girls getaway weekend and was too cold to enjoy the beach but we loved the cozy cabin and had plenty of space to move about and play games. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I love this cabin and plan to book again!"

"Property was welcoming to dogs but there wasn’t a way to get pre-authorization - although they requested it- even though I didn’t get that information until I checked in. There were no blankets! There was a light cover and a sheet on the bed. No blankets in the closet just one extra pillow. Also no Kleenex. Please was clean. Lovely view and nice beach frontage. Unfortunately the property owner decided to blow the leaves from the property. Then crews came to work on the property -backhoe, dump truck- loud. When I took the dog for a walk the crew was smoking pot. This was supposed to be a time away for me in the off quiet off season to get some work done. The dog got so worked up because he could hear stuff that we had to leave. Also, the management knew a crew would be there doing work and they still asked if I wanted to extend my stay! I would have been so mad if I said yes and paid, and then had to listen to and watch the work being done! I am sure they are getting ready for the busy season but it was disappointing."

"The manager messaged me letting me know the details. We had 1 small hiccup as i was the first of the year, as soon as a notified them if said issue, they responded immediately and fixed it. They are extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little get away. Oh and the waterfall is such an amazing feature while sitting out and reading. "
