"We had a really nice stay here - the room was large with a good view of the river and the staff very friendly. The food was also excellent!! Our only criticism was the over use of the noisy leaf-blower outside. I can fully understand the leaves being cleared from the Croquet lawn - but clearing leaves from the car park? This is a classic case of the solution being far worse than the "problem" itself. People, in general, are accustomed to a few leaves in the Autumn.... much preferable to a loud 2-stroke engine + fumes, and there must be a cost attached to this activity. I consider blowing leaves from car parks and pathways to be completely pointless and it's not good for the environment anyway."

"This lovely attached cottage is perfect for a couple or traveling with a young adult. The charm of the living room was only surpassed as we enters the solarium/winter garden off the kitchen. The kitchen was very well appointed but we could have used instructions in the coffee maker! Very cozy and intimate and neighbors are polite and quiet. We were initially worried about parking but never had a problem finding parking nearby. The village of Henlry on Thames is alovely place to just relax, eat, people watch, take a boat out on the river. It is new enough to London that you can drive there or use one of the many methods of transportation that are available. A day trip to high clear Castle or Hampton Court, Palace (highly recommend) Windsor Castle, and many other attractions are very easily accessible."
