However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement. "

"Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system...

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean.
