Do you want to finally switch off from everyday life and just relax? Or do you just want to go out into nature and discover all the splendor and beauty of Saxon Switzerland?
Then you are exactly right with us!
We offer you our beautiful 70 sqm apartment in the heart of Saxon Switzerland.
Our apartment is located in the small and tranquil village called "Porschdorf" in Bad Schandau with about 500 inhabitants.
The ideal place for beautiful hiking trips.

Der Gastgeber war nicht sehr freundlich, Eine andere Meinung ist nicht relevant , außer seine eigene.Keine Info im Expose das man zur Ferienwohnung nur an der Straße lang gehen kann es gibt keinen Fußweg. Ich empfinde den Zustand mit Hund oder klein Kindern sehr bedenklich!!!Badezimmer mit Wanne ausgestattet, aber man darf NUR duschen. Keine Wandhaterung ..! Hand duschen.. unmöglich.. aufNachfrage unhöfliche Antwort..Heizung ab 22.00h kalt.. Androhung das man die Bettwäsche bezahlen muss wenn ein Hundehaar dort zu finden ist. Der Gastgeber ist aus meiner Erfahrung sehr unangehm .Rechhaberisch u nur am Geld interessiert wenig an dem wohlfühl effekt der Gäste!!!

Geräumige, gut ausgestattet, mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir, zwei Freunde, haben ein langes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Was uns gut gefiel war die Sauberkeit und die funktionale Ausstattung. die Wohnung wirkt noch etwas heller und größer als auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Beim Checkin waren bereits Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl und Spülutensilien vorhanden, was eine schöne Geste war. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief problemlos. Was für einen von uns (190cm / 85kg) problematisch war, waren die Matratzen im Doppelbett, in die man leicht einsinkt. Wirkten etwas durchgelegen, könnte aber auch Memory Schaum sein. Der andere hat im Etagenbett geschlafen und war zufrieden. Menschen über 180cm haben evtl Probleme mit den niedrigen Decken und Türen, aber wenn man aufpasst, kommt man ohne Kopfstoßen davon .Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen Ort gelegen und die Wohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse. Für Leicht-Schläfer ist erwähnenswert, dass in der Nachbarschaft Hunde leben, die früh morgens aktiv wurden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn einem die erwähnten Punkte nichts ausmachen.

Einmal genügt

Wenn man unter 1,7m groß (Türrahmen max. 1,8m hoch und das Bad generell max 1,9m Deckenhöhe) nur zu zweit unterwegs ist (es gibt kaum Besteck und Geschirr oder Töpfe oder Teller) und man auch nur zum Schlafen dort ist und ansonsten den Tag weg ist und man auch kein Internet braucht (Empfangsstörungen) und Nicht-Raucher ist aber den Geruch von Zigaretten mag (in der Wohnung darunter wird geraucht und wenn die Fenster offen sind, dann stinkt es) dann ist die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Tierfreundliche Unterkunft für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Wir haben uns vom Anfang an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt an der Straße hat uns nicht sehr gestört, da wir meist bis abends unterwegs waren. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge mit Kindern und Hund ist die Wohnung also sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne Wohnung, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alle Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Gastgeber waren etwas verhalten und ließen sich nur zu Regelerklärungen zur An- u. Abreise, sowie zu Aufforderungen sehen. Ansonsten alles gut. Für Kinder nicht wirklich gut geeignet, da das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt und keine Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Auf dem Weg ins Dorf geht es nur über die stark befahrene Hauptstraße. Die Einhaltung von Ruhezeiten und Regeln scheint den Gastgebern wichtiger zu sein als die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr saubere und mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Es besteht gute Anbindung für viele Ausflugsziele. Uns hat jedoch eine kleine Gefriertruhe gefehlt. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, man ist sehr schnell in Bad Schandau und kann von dort aus vieles machen. Unterkunft hat uns in Summe gut gefallen, leider ist die Matratze schon arg durchgelegen. Baujahr 1920 damit verbindet man niedrige Deckenhöhen :) Schön auf den Kopf aufpassen

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in tolle Lage

Wir waren als kleine Familie mit unserem 6 jährigen Sohn und unserem Labrador zu Gast bei Stefan und seiner Frau. Die Lage ist einfach super- wir besuchten den Lilienstein, die Barbarine, die Bastei, die Festung Königstein sowie die Therme… um dann gemütlich die Abende in der FeWo zu verbringen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles sehr sehr sauber! Der Garten ist schön eingezäunt und die hauseigene Hündin von Stefan eine Wohltat für den eigenen Hund und unseren Sohn. Stefan und seine Frau gaben uns gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. In den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt konnten wir uns sehr erholen und können diese FeWo sehr empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
