Des Weiteren fehlten uns Hinweise zur Mülltrennung und Entsorgung, Bedienung der Sauna, Nutzungsinformationen zur Kurkarte. Einen Lappen zum Reinigen vom Dinge, halte ich für zu wenig."

Er hat uns auch innerhalb 15 Stunden keine Nachricht gesendet. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann nach nochmaligen Anruf jemand erreicht der uns einen anderen Code gegeben hat.
