Our holiday homes Bornholm, Funen and Zealand are located on the eastern shore of Lake Scharmützel, directly on the water and surrounded by forests of the Marches. The well-kept, light-flooded houses are built in Scandinavian wood construction and are located a few minutes walk from the lake. The modern and versatile equipment of the houses leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. Due to the location of the houses offer unique visual axes on the Scharmützelsee! Enjoy a variety of sports and leisure activities during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace while enjoying the picturesque sunset.

The cost of electricity (0.33 EUR per kWh / underfloor heating and hot water treatment electric) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or gas connection (0.90 EUR per cubic meter) will be charged according to consumption on departure.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit der Großfamilie da. Das Haus bietet Platz für 14 Personen, allerdings sind nur Betten für 12 Personen da, so dass man auf die Sofas ausweichen muss. Das Wetter war ziemlich mies, aber im Haus kann man sich gut verteilen, um auch indoor die Zeit zu verbringen. Für die Teenager steht ein Kickertisch zur Verfügung, es ist genug Platz für Spiel und Geselligkeit, ohne das sich alle auf die Nerven gehen. Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts. Kamine sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind ausreichend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich allerdings im Februar nur auf die Heizungen verlassen möchte, dauert es ein bisschen, bis die Räume warm sind. Aber klare Empfehlung von uns.

Wir waren in der Familie mit zehn Personen angereist und konnten wunderschöne freie Tage genießen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses (Fünen XXL) ließen keine Wünsche offen. Besondere Favoriten waren die zwei Saunen, Whirlpools und der große Kickerspiel-Tisch.

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und toll gelegen. Die Couchecke, Kamine und der große Esstisch machen es auch für große Gruppen zu einer gemütlichen Unterkunft mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, so gewünscht. Was uns allerdings irritiert und gestört hat, das trotz einer super ausgestatteten Küche ein gewisser Grundstock an Dingen gefehlt hat. Zu dem Grundstock an Dingen gehören für mich u.a. Kaffeefilter, Backpapier, Spülmittel, Seife im Bad. Im Begrüssungspaket sind je ein Kaffeefilter, drei Spülmaschinentabs, Abwaschlappen, Bodentuch, Streichhölzer und ne Minipackung Salz und Pfeffer. Es gibt auch eine Portion Kaffee aus der Kaffeerösterei, aber wie gesagt, Filtertüten für die Maschine sind da deutlich sinnvoller. Gemessen am Preis der Unterkunft, finde ich es auch schwierig, dass weder Bettwäsche, noch Handtücher vorhanden sind. Klar kann man die dazu buchen, dass sind bei 10 Leuten aber auch gleich knapp 150€. Und gerade wenn man nur übers Wochenende da ist, ist checkout morgens 10:00 Uhr sportlich. Wie auch immer, das Haus und die Anlage sind toll, wir hatten zwei tolle Tage.

Das Haus lässt für 10-12 Personen keine Wünsche offen. Der Kamin lässt besonders im Winter eine tolle Atmosphäre entstehen. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind natürlich das Highlight. Beim Kickern wurde ebenfalls ordentlich Spaß und Freude versprüht. Das Haus insgesamt ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch die Küche bietet allerlei Geschirr und Küchengeräte. Kleine Rückzugsorte und -ecken bestätigen den Charme des Hauses. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge am See oder im Wald sind ein absolutes Muss! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus Leipzig

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was es braucht. Die Kamine und die Holzausstattung machen es sehr gemütlich. Es ist großzügig gestaltet. Allerdings auch sehr sehr hellhörig.
