"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Wir waren sieben Erwachsene. Nach jeder Mahlzeit muss man die Spülmaschine anmachen, weil sonst das Geschirr oder Besteck nicht reicht aber es ist ja kein Problem bei so vielen Menschen."

"Beautiful old world location. Rooms were great. Able to walk to town and great restaurants and up to the wartburg. There was little mix up about breakfast included in the price I booked. Breakfast was nice and I didn’t mind paying for it since the 3 bedroom unit was so reasonable."

"Wonderful stay at Penta Hotel. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Beautiful location with a view. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast in the mornings were great. Very large selection and variety. We will be looking for Penta hotels when we travel to Europe again."
