Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"Great place, hotel is beautiful, personnel very kind, breakfast very tasty. Everything is elegant. Room is nice. Just a bit too hot during the night. The town is full of life also if was Sunday and clean. Everything is perfect. "

The dinners included with the half-board option were outstanding: delicious, artful, excellent menu concepts, thoughtful wine list. Breakfast all you could wish. Sauna area small but pleasing, with nice self-service "aufguss". One thing to note: I am guessing this hotel is new to Hotels.com. They did not understand that we had purchased the half-board option, nor that we had pre-paid the nights. The manager was a bit harried...

"Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience."
