There is no heating in the room which makes it a bit difficult in winter. The shower shield is also broken partly. One other thing that is not ideal is the cleaner didn't clean the room or even change the towels after the first night, this should be changed

Das Hotel hat bei mir keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Freundliches Personal, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und ein sauberes Zimmer, insbesondere mit schönem, geräumigen Badezimmer. Ich habe auch den Fitnessraum, Wellnessbereich und Restaurant abends genutzt und war damit ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.

Komme nicht wieder!

Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal dort. Was ja bedeutet, dass ich nach dem ersten Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden war. Die Schwächen des Hotels waren mir also durchaus bewusst. Am ersten Tag hatte ich morgens zwei kleine Wünsche geäussert. Bei meiner Rückkehr gegen 21.30 Uhr mußte ich aber feststellen, dass die nicht erledigt wurde. Da die Rezeption aber noch bis 22 Uhr besetzt war konnte das noch erledigt werden. Aber insgesamt hatte die Dame letztlich insgesamt einen unprofessionellen Eindruck hinterlassen. Am Tag meiner Abreise ging um exakt 11.05 Uhr mein Telefon. Die Dame (eine andere als am Abend) hat mir im Ton eines Oberfeldwebels zu verstehen gegeben, dass um 11.00 Uhr der Check out stattzufinden hat. Da es keinen Parkplatz am Haus gab,hatte ich außerhalb auf einem günstigen öffentlichen Parkplatz (1€ pro Tag) meinen PKW abgestellt. Ich entgegnete, dass eine viertel Stunde ja nicht wirklich problematisch sein kann. Daraufhin wurde der Höreraufgeprallt! Als ich dann gegen 11.17 Uhr an der Rezeption stand wurde die Tonart weiter fortgesetzt. Auf meine Bemerkung hin, dass ich mir wohl überlegen werde ein drittes mal zu kommen wurde der Ton auch nicht besser. Die Aussage: Egal, Sie brauchen nicht, wir haben genug andere Gäste!! Fazit: Man ist dem Hotel egal und nicht willkommen! Vielen Dank auch! Meine Nachricht an die Leitung des Hotels: Ihr Personal verhält sich geschäftsschädigend! ich würde das nicht dulden!

In guter Lage zum Kurbereich und zur Innenstadt. Allerdings sind hier keine Profis am Werk. Das Zimmer an sich ist ok, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Das Bad hingegen ist vielleicht sauber, aber nur oberflächlich. Frühstück nicht gut, dafür 16€? Never. Keine Körnerbrötchen, schlechte Auswahl an Belägen, wenig Käse. Alles sehr knapp gehalten und Nachlegen auch nur nach aufmerksam machen. Wiederholungsgefahr gleich Null.

Gerne wieder.

Wellnessbereich schön, leider nur bis 21 geöffnet. Auf m Zimmer war alles schön sauber. Nur das TV Programm war unaufgeräumt. Z.B. kein ARD Das Erste. Aber fast alle anderen Programme doppelt. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee auf m Zimmer.

Super Hotel und nettes Personal

Zum dritten Mal dieses Jahr hier gewesen und wie immer alles super. Parkausweis wurde, wie die letzten Male, reserviert und somit kann man direkt am Hotel parken. Da ich einen Tag vor Check-in Geburtstag hatte, habe ich sogar einen Geburtstagtisch und ein kleines Present erhalten. Hat mich riesig gefreut und war sehr aufmerksam! Schade jedoch waren meine schlaflosen Nächt, hierfür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Mein Zimmer war Richtung Bahnhof ausgerichtet und durch das offene Fenster war der Bus-/Auto-/Lkw Verkehr auf der gepflasterten Straße wirklich sehr laut und hat mich immer wieder geweckt obwohl ich nicht geräuschempfindlich bin. Für das nächste mal packe ich mir oropax ein oder vielleicht liegt mein Zimmer ja auf der anderen Seite.

Super Hotel - alles dabei was man braucht

Aufenthalt war alles super. Ich bin geschäftlich dort gewesen, habe somit lediglich im Hotel übernachtet und gefrühstückt. Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt, ist aber sehr schön gemacht. Frühstück war klein aber ausreichend, von allem was dabei. Einziges Manko für mich persönlich, ich liebe Frühstücksbacon und Spiegeleier. Leider gab es nur Rührei und hartgekochte Eier und täglich um 8 Uhr wenn ich frühstücken wollte war, war der Bacon bereits weg. Sonst alles Top, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, für die lauten Nachbarn über mir konnte das Hotel nichts. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffe auf dem Zimmer - für mich ein wichtiger Faktor. Möchte früh meinen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer trinken. Bei der Anreise wurde ich gefragt ob ich einen Parkplatz reserviert habe - das wusste ich leider vorab nicht - mir wurde dann jedoch ein kostenloser Parkplatz geschaffen, was ich wirklich sehr super fand! Gerade das Parken ist in Bad Kissingen sehr schwierig und maßlos überteuert, umso mehr habe ich mich hierüber gefreut. Ich komme wieder!!

Schöne, große, saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch wenn man etwas länger schläft wie die anderen, ist alles da. An manchen Bereichen (Fassade, Balkon, Schwimmhalle) bröckelt der Putz und es sieht etwas ungepflegt aus. Die Türen zum Bad und ins Schlafzimmer sind älter, so dass sie sich teilweise nicht gut schließen lassen. Schön ist, dass es für Kinder im Esssaal eine kleine Spielecke gibt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles neu, sauber, ruhig, Personal sehr nett, Nah zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Parkplätze für 5-6 Wagen zum Pries von 12 Eur/tgl und mehrere auf der Strasse mit Bewohnerausweiss, kostenlos. Auch einen freien Parkplatz 200 m weiter am Wochenende. Frühstück ausreichend. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr gross. Gibts ein Kaffeekocher, Minikühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer.

Der Personalmangel lässt sich hier ganz deutlich spüren. Praktikanten oder Azubis und akute Unterbesetzung. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Schöne Zimmer prima Lage. Ein echt schöner Aufenthalt.

Fint hotell på kurort. Saknade dock AC vilket var ett minus. Fin frukost, trevlig personal. Lätt att parkera. Mindre än 5 min promenad till centrum.
