Unsere helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung "Kurparkblick" befindet sich zentrumsnah in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnanlage am Eingang von Bad Aibling von der A 8 kommend gegenüber des Bahnhofs "Kurpark". Sowohl die Innenstadt als auch die Therme erreichen Sie in knapp 1 km Entfernung. Viele der Kliniken befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Insgesamt für Sie also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Aktivitäten. Die 2016 fertiggestellte Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, so dass Sie sich hier wie zuhause fühlen können. Vom geräumigen S/W-Balkon (11 qm) mit einer Sitzgruppe für 4 Personen und 2 Liegen blicken Sie auf den nahegelegenen Kurpark und können hier schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Eine Bäckerei in der Anlage bietet Ihnen täglich eine reiche Auswahl an frischen Backwaren sowie einen Imbiss. Ebenso gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein italienisches und ein chinesisches Restaurant. Das Kurmittelhaus Egger befindet sich in 200 m Entfernung. Für Kursteilnehmer an der "Akademie der bildenden Künste Kolbermoor" liegt unsere Ferienwohnung verkehrstechnisch optimal, die Entfernung dorthin beträgt ca. 5 Km. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, um Ihnen einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
