"I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful . Liked the very central location . No coffee in the room without having to go a good way along the corridor which ,although there would barely be room for a tea tray in the room.
The room was compact and it was difficult to operate /access the lighting at the opposite site of the bed . However, I suspect not much can be done about this due to the compact design . However , the color scheme and ambience of the hotel is good ."
"It’s our second time to stay here and didn’t disappoint. Staff are very helpful and polite. Parking is free as long as you register it at reception during check in. We love the room overlooking the water. Will stay again soon."
"Room was spotless check in was quick on the top floor which was nice only problem was we was in a room were the window didn't open so got a little bit warm in there"
"The hotel was comfortable and members of staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a comfortable stay at a hotel at an excellent location right in the centre of Manchester."
"Great location, great stay. Easy and functional. My apartment wasn’t very clean upon arrival though. Lots of dust, chipping wall paint, stains in the fridge etc. And I had a minor noise issue, from a neighbour. But other than that, it was a nice, private stay in experience. And I think I’d stay there against"
