I stayed for two nights. Location is great, as it is very close to the SM mall. The staff were also nice, the aircon worked well, and the shower was ok. However, the facilities and amenities didn't meet expectations. Upon arrival, I couldn't get key to open door. It was a normal key, not electronic. I went to front desk and the bellboy got the door open quickly on the first try, but then also couldn't when asked him to show me the trick to open it. I said they should have a locksmith change lock. No action, so had same troubles everytime opening it. Sometimes it took me up to 5 minutes to get it open and other hotel staff (different than first bellboy) had some problems when asked them to help me. Don't accept room 301 as this is too much to deal with. In addition, the tv is a large old style before flat screens. I didn't try breakfast.
