"Located in a residential area, it was very peaceful and quiet, unfortunately during the last few days a neighbour began construction work which inevitably brought noise but in fairness that is outside the control of the owner of this property, Literally 4 minutes walk around the corner is an hourly bus to Setubal which takes around 30 to 35 minutes. This saved the hassle of parking and allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine or two!I can see the appeal of the villa to large family groups."
