The hotel was amazing from the moment of arrival, with friendly and very welcoming staff. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a few days' stay. The food and bar staff were helpful, and the food was good with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The outside area was great, clean, and inviting. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

Wonderful apartment in an aparthotel with very friendly and responsive personnel. There is a private parking for a small fee, but the parking on the street is also possible (just in front of the property). Breakfast is available.

First time out the country! As black women, we felt so safe and accepted there! The cleaning ladies don’t speak English but the front desk and some of the restaurant workers do if you need help with anything. The rooftop was my favorite!

Wir haben in diesem Hotel einige schöne Tage verbracht. Es ist ein sehr neues Gebäude, die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Aufgrund eines kleinen technischen Problems im ersten Zimmer wurde uns noch am selben Abend unkompliziert geholfen. Man zeigte uns verschiedene andere Zimmer und die Betten für die Kinder wurden fix hergerichtet. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir ganz entspannt umziehen. Hier ein großes Dankeschön für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung!Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Fußgängerzone, Restaurants sind nicht weit und die Stadt ist sehr klein aber schön. Der Fährhafen befindet sich ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von hier kann man direkt nach Lissabon fahren. Ein bekannter Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, sodass die Selbstversorgung in der liebevoll eingerichteten Küche kein Problem darstellt.Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir nochmal Lissabon und Umgebung erkunden. Auf dem Dach befinden sich Pools, eine Sauna sowie eine Bar. Im Hotel kann gefrühstückt werden und ein Restaurant gibt es ebenfalls. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut.Auch für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit möchten wir uns bedanken. Hier sieht man, dass der Gast absolut im Mittelpunkt steht und geschätzt wird. Bitte weiter so freundlich!

Overall this place was amazing, we have the two bedroom apartment with a great view of the harbor and we watched the sunset night from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were great and rooms were quiet for the most part. Only two complaints I had is the dishwasher had a weird smell so we just didn’t use it and the bedrooms seem they require a actual key in order to lock them which was a annoying for parents on a trip with their kids who might want some alone time. Overall though I would recommend this place it’s beautiful and the restaurant downstairs has amazing food just wish it was open everyday

Ein neues uns schön gelegenes Hotel, zumindest wenn man Zimmer in Richtung Bucht hat wie wir es hatten. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer mit einem rießigen Balkon. Einzig an irgendwelchen Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen mangelt es, im Bad gibt es nichts für die Handtücher.

Hotel situato in una zona bellissima, se si ha la macchina è ideale visto che si può raggiungere il centro di Lisbona direttamente con traghetto pagato 3 euro che si prende a una decina di minuti dall’hotel. Camera fantastica con vista mare, pulita e tutto in ordine. Hotel nuovo, reception fantastica e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Ottima la colazione. Super consigliato.
