"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Top Babna Gora Hotel Reviews

Grand Hotel Union Eurostars

Grand Hotel Union Eurostars

8/10 Good
"A great hotel - excellent location. Decor was lovely, very clean, well maintained and parking onsite was a big bonus. Rooms were modern, breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having a swim in the indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only niggle was the thermostat - we would have liked to have been able to control the temperature in our room as we found it too hot in the evening, which made it tricky to sleep. Otherwise, we thought everything about the hotel was great. A very nice place to stay in a beautiful city."
