"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

"Ac keep the room cool but you have options to choose ceiling fan as well. The staff are very friendly, and they served you and other customers with cold tropical juice on a sunny day while qued up to be serve at the reception desk. Highly recommend !
