Very comfortable apartment. I stay in Ayr every month for work. This is the best sleep I have got so far in 4 years of monthly visits. Showers good and water always hot. Kitchen good enough. TV enormous, WiFi good and check in and out seamless and hassle free. Hope to stay again soon when it’s available for my trips up here. Very conveniently located, bang in the middle of town.

We were attending a wedding nearby so only slept in the accommodation and left early next morning. Flat was immaculate and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location but property in need of upgrade

Bedrooms a in need of deep clean as have quite a musky smell. Entry vennel & courtyard in need of clear up and upgrading. Not recommended for children due to incredibly steep staircase

Get a comfortable sofa please!

The apartment is a bit quirky with steep stairs to the upper bedroom and bathroom - and the bathroom door opens outwards onto those stairs so not for the unwary or less than fit. The red sofa looks stylish but is very uncomfortable and there's only one other chair.We couldn't get the tv to work. There were 3 tea towels in the washer when we arrived and they didn't seem to be clean. It is a washer but not a washer/dryer as stated. I booked the place for one night and was banking on getting our washing from the previous few days' camping done and dried! And there may be 2 bathrooms but only one toilet so that's a bit misleading. That said, the place was clean and the bed was ok. But not as amazing as the reviews imply.

My fantastic stay

Had a lovely stay very cosy and comfortable It had a really warm homely feel it was located really central for everything you need nice pubs clubs restraints spa and more The property owner was amazing to deal with leading up to our stay the property sleeps way more than we needed so a great option for a family it was so well kept had everything you need for a longer stay Highly recommend this property
