"This was our first stay in the Copthorne Slough and we would highly recommend this hotel. The check in staff were very helpful. The duty manager Joy on breakfast was very polite professional and courteous . We also ate in the Bombay Pavillion while we were there and we can highly recommend the food and the service was excellent"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The food menu in the bar had something for everyone and the servings were generous and reasonably priced. Our server in the bar was amazing. The location was ideal for meeting our needs... a visit to Windsor and easy access to Heathrow. On site parking and a luggage scale in the lobby were much appreciated."

"Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were lovely, extremely clean and beautiful grounds. Had a wonderful chat with one of the groundsmen. Marlow is just a short drive away. The reason I haven’t given an “excellent” was because the massage wasn’t as relaxing as I would expect. No calming spa music and very hot in the treatment room. You can also only use the spa until 11am in the day of check out, and whilst I understand they don’t want people there all day we didn’t need to leave until 12. I would stay again if in the areas"

"Like staying at a Wetherspoons pub - blaring music, chewing gum on the wall, people walking round with pints of lager in their hand. Some areas of the room weren't clean. A loose plug socket wire caused an electric shock which required a hospital visit. The staff came to the rescue - Duty Manager Vince(?) was wonderful. Changed my room immediately. Lovely Ryan filled accident report and basically looked after me till my husband turned up. The staff were the shining jewel at a hotel that's basically very poor."
